A university graduate, Ross enjoys assisting people with IT problems, dealing both with clients and also carrying out the role of IT helpdesk and systems administrator for the office.  He is very patient and takes the time to make sure any problems are solved and users are happy with and understand the solution rather than implement something that solves the problem but isn’t clearly understood.

Outwith work, Ross spends most of his time being a father to Jessica, with his part time job taking up the rest, although he enjoys reading if he gets the chance.
