At Drummond Laurie we are conscious of our impact on the environment and will reuse or recycle whatever we can.
We are a paperless office which means that we produce very small amounts of paper waste and use online services instead for submitting forms to any required authorities, issuing payslips to clients and now the majority of our reporting to clients can go electronically, securely and confidentially.
At present we recycle all our confidential paper via a national secure paper waste company and all our non-confidential paper, cardboard, plastic, steel or aluminium waste is collected by our local council to be reused where appropriate.
Our toner cartridges for our printers are recycled via the Samsung Recycle programme which ensures these are not ending up in landfill.
These are just a few small things that make a difference to ensuring we keep our waste down to a minimum.
“I had no prior experience of Drummond Laurie or their team until last year when we had a need for some help with the production of monthly management accounts for one of our group companies. Our reporting deadlines are very tight, however, Drummond Laurie have been able to not only meet these every month but in addition they have been able to make the whole process more efficient, which has reduced the time taken and our costs too. In my experience to date, the team at Drummond Laurie are professional and efficient in what they do and have also been friendly and easy to get along with. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any similar business in need of on-going accounting services.”
