Julie’s client-service focus is all around delivery. Her clients love her approachability and her can-do attitude and as a result, many of her clients have been with her for many years.  She values the relationships that she has built with them and our clients value the support and advice she can provide.

Julie’s view is that “our people are Drummond Laurie’s biggest asset” and along with Mary, she is responsible for staff recruitment and the training and development of the Drummond Laurie team.  Julie loves nothing more than seeing people succeed in their career goals and provides our staff with strong support throughout their journey.  Getting out into the local community and visiting schools, colleges and universities is so important as this is where we find our future talent.

Outside of work, Julie’s free time is mostly spent being Mum to and running around after her two children, but when she does get time to herself she enjoys keeping fit and eating out (it’s all about the balance!).
