Ross is an Accountant / IT specialist with over 30 years experience with a particular emphasis on accounting software such as Sage 50 Accounts, Xero and also Microsoft Excel. Ross still maintains regular contact with Sage ensuring that Drummond Laurie are involved with any new Sage developments.

A university graduate, Ross enjoys assisting people with IT problems, dealing both with clients and also carrying out the role of IT helpdesk and systems administrator for the office, as well as being the company Data Protection Officer. He is very patient and takes the time to make sure any problems are solved and users are happy with and understand the solution rather than implement something that solves the problem but isn’t clearly understood. Ross also helps develop and and upgrade the office IT systems to ensure that Drummond Laurie are making the most efficient use of technology.

Ross is very much a family man, and enjoys spending time with his wife and young daughter, but also likes to read if he gets the chance.
