We believe that for any business it is good practice to prepare accounts, not merely to fulfil a compliance requirement, but to act as a management tool with which to run the business. As such, we encourage our clients to have accounts prepared as soon as possible after their year-end in order that the information contained is as “live” as possible. We meet with every client to review their annual accounts before finalisation, to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the contents. This meeting also gives us an opportunity to plan with our clients for the year ahead and to ensure that the business and remuneration structures being operated continue to be the most appropriate and tax efficient for everyone involved. We also take that chance to provide constructive feedback if appropriate on how our clients can improve their book-keeping in order to produce more valuable management information on a month to month basis.
One of our key priorities is to provide continuity of service and to allow strong relationships to be formed, therefore, we will do everything possible to ensure that the team assigned to look after you at the outset remain in place for as long as possible.
