With another festive season approaching we at Drummond Laurie are looking forward to taking a well-earned rest away from the office. This month has been a busy one for our team where we effectively attempt to squeeze 4 week’s work into 3 weeks, we were of course well prepared for this and much planning has gone into ensuring that things run smoothly and we continue to provide a very high level of client service. It’s been a record year for us as we were delighted to welcome eight new members into our team!
Charities and the local community remain extremely important to us all here at Drummond Laurie and we are very proud to have supported many local and national charities across the year, but at Christmas time this commitment seems to be even more important. We are delighted this month to support the Nurture Room at Denny Primary School as well as another charity which provides mental health mentoring and counselling for young people called Rookie Rockstars – these are two causes which are very close to the heart to members of our team. Of course we have had lots of fun supporting these and some of the activities held include soup days for our staff as well as holding a prize raffle.
Last Friday, after a few unusual years due to the pandemic, we were delighted to be able to celebrate the festive period in style together at our Christmas lunch where some of our team carried on partying the night away in town.
The office will be closed from lunchtime today, Friday 23rd December and we will re-open on Wednesday 4th January 2023.
