As a firm, we have always invested in developing the technical abilities of our team. However, being technically competent is the minimum our clients expect of us. What sets Drummond Laurie apart from others in our field is the manner in which we deliver the services we provide and our ability to build lasting relationships both with our clients and within our own team.
We are so proud of each and every member of our team, and we feel very privileged that they have chosen us to work alongside, we have watched many of them develop and progress their careers with us over the years and we wanted to make sure that their efforts and loyalty were rewarded. As we reach our 10th year the decision has been taken to devote more resource to investing in our team and thereby equipping them with more of the skills and attributes to allow them to reach their full potential, which will ultimately in turn benefit our clients too.
