Margaret is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 15 years’ experience in practice.
She is an Associate Director responsible for a diverse portfolio of clients, although specialises in agriculture. She is responsible for all of the firm’s agricultural clients. Margaret’s passion for the sector extends beyond work and she is the Treasurer for Braco Agricultural Show. Margaret is dedicated to her clients and prides herself on providing them with a high level of service which meets their needs on a timely basis.
As well as being responsible for clients, she is also involved in the staffing side of the business. Margaret is our ICAS Training Principal and is responsible for all our CA and ACCA Trainees. She shares her experience and knowledge with them to assist with their career development.
Margaret also sits as a member of Council on our governing body the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS) where she holds the Scotland East Electoral Area seat. Being part of Council allows her to give something back to the profession and other members, at the same time as being involved in the overall governance of ICAS.
Margaret is the proud mum to son Owen. Family is very important to her and she loves spending time with her family and friends.
