An opportunity has arisen for a part time (14 hours per week, 9 – 5, Monday and Friday) administrative assistant to join our successful and expanding business. The applicant will work as part of a small team. Duties will include reception cover (when required), scanning, photocopying, filing, and carrying out general administrative duties. The role offers a competitive salary, and as a firm who strongly believes in the wellbeing of its employees, a generous benefits package is also included. Based in modern and accessible offices in Grangemouth our location also has plentiful parking facilities.
You will be reporting direct to the office administrator as well as the current management team.
The successful candidate will need to be customer focused, proactive and participate within a team in delivering a professional administrative service. You will need to be highly organised and able to get things done in a fast paced environment. You should also be computer literate and able to use basic systems such as Microsoft outlook, excel, word etc.
To be considered for the role you must have a positive attitude and be a confident and effective communicator who is hard working and dedicated. You must have strong communication skills and have an ability to work using your own initiative and to strict deadlines. This exciting opening is in response to the growth of our current team.
